Will my system run the ASUS GTX760?

I am just about to get the ASUS GTX760 and was wondering if it ran on these specs.

AMD Athlon II X4 640 Processor (Not OC)
8GB DDR3 RAM (2 sticks)
ASUS M4A78LT-M LE
2, 1TB HDD

I do not know what wattage my PSU is

So would this GPU run on my system? Without going over the total wattage, I would think its around 500-550w.

Impossible to know without specifics of your PSU. Graphics cards are the most demanding single component, so which PSU you have is hugely significant, and not just its sticker voltage.

the GTX 760 needs about a 500W psu installed in the system. However, be aware that not only is the power rating important, it's critical that your PSU can deliver enough current on the rail(s) connected to the GPU.
