Will my system support the processor ?

I want to know if my 250watt PSU will be able to handle a intel core 2 quad q8400 wih following configurations :

Zebronics g31 Motherboard
2 x 2gb ddr2 ram
1 x sata 250gb 5400rpm hdd
1 x nvidia 2gb 730gt gddr5

Please note the gddr5 version of nvidia 730gt consumes much less power. About 39watt as per nvidia site.

Also please don't tell me to change my entire system. I don't want to do ythat as of now.

It depends on which PSU you had.
My friend had the dell optiplex 960 SFF with 235W PSU, keep in mind the Dell PSU is very good one, the PSU can power the PC with 8GB RAM + PNY GeForce GT 730 1GB 64-Bit GDDR5 + Q9400.
