I already have a 500 gb western digital hardrive and an optical drive. Will the 650 watt powersupply be enough and will i be able to play games like Call Of Duty Ghosts, and the new top games

It will be great, absolutely no problems.

650W is plenty.
Expect close enough to maximum settings in COD, medium-high settings in more intensive games like Crysis 3 and BF4.
