[SOLVED] Will My Turtle Beach XO ONE Headset Work On PC?

I have just got a pc and I tried using my turtle beach xo one headset to play some games, but I soon realised that I could not use the microphone and the headset audio at the the same time. I think my best bet is to get a female/male headphone converter, so that I can plug my headset into the microphone and audio jacks. Do you think this will work?

You need a splitter cable so you can connect to the headphone out and mic in at the same time.
