Will my upgrade require more power?

I am in the process of upgrading my system. Currently I have: -->Upgrade to:
Intel P4 2.8C
Asus P4P800 (not deluxe)
2 x 256 MB Kingston PC3500 HyperX
-->2x512 MB PC3200 2-2-2 memory of some kind
MSI Ti4200 AGP 8x, 128 MB
-->BFG GeForce 6800 OC (non-Ultra, non-GT)
80 GB WD Caviar 7200, 8MB cache IDE HDD
40 GB IDE HDD (don't remember what kind, it's old)
PCI 56k modem
PCI 10/100 Network card (NIC on motherboard doesn't work!)
3.5" floppy drive
TDK 40/10/24 CD-RW
--> DVD/CD-RW
2 80mm case fans.

I have all this in an Antec Lanboy case with the Antec 350 W Blue PSU. Will I need to upgrade this supply? If so, what do you recommend? I am considering something along the lines of the 400 W Fortron PSU. Will I need more power than that?
