Will a beta 64 rx run with only one 4 pin for fan power? I've had it running before with only one, but I wasnt sure if theres a downside to only having one

Edit: I am talking about the fan headers one is in the front and one is in the back, one of the 4 pin provided enough power for all 3 fans to move, I was just wondering if needed both, or would cause damage before my second cable gets here on Wednesday

You're just talking about the fans right? One cooling fan will work. But you'll probably end up throttling a lot under load due to heat issues. Which could ultimately be bad for the GPU.

If you are talking about the PCIe power connectors for the PCB. You need both plugs powered if it has two.

I'm assuming you mean the 8-pin PCIE power plugs. The downside would probably be some sort of system failure under heavy load. AMD states the card uses 295W of power. Your current setup could only supply 225W to the card at absolute maximum.
