Will my video card fit

I am going to be purchasing a Rosewill Galaxy-02 case along with my XFX Radeon R9 280 3GB video card. Will this fit?

The max card supported by the case is 280mm and your card is 295 mm so I would say no because it could be a non removable hard drive cage or something that restricts the GPU size.
