Your computer says it has a 350W power supply.
You will need a new power supply to accomodate the new graphics card.
Make sure the PSU has at least one 8-pin peripheral cable that you can hook up to the graphics card.

cant spend much more but why is the 760 superior and would it be able to handle newer games at high to medium resolutions?

A new graphics card will come with the required cables to hook it up, for example an 8pin to two 6pin cable. In that case you would put both 6pin connectors into the card, and the 8pin connector into the power supply (only needs 1 open 8pin on the power supply). Some bigger cards require an 8pin and 6pin connector which means you will have two seperate cables going to the power supply (and you'll need 2 open 8pin spots on the power supply)

Like I said you won't find a new GTX 660 ti nowadays for anywhere under about $225.

Yes a single GTX 760 will easily handle most games at medium/high.

Here are two cards I would recommend, both are very good cards and will perform similarly.

The R9 270x would require only 1 cable running to the power supply, while the 760 would require 2 seperate cables.

Either way you'd have to get a new power supply.
