Will my XFX TS 550W PSU handle an R9-280X?

I am using an i5-4690, 5 case fans, and a fan controller. Nothing is overclocked nor will i overclock so can my PC handle the MSI R9-280X?

The video card requires a 500w PSU, so the PSU will work fine.

Should i overlcock it and also do you have any links telling how much watts it uses becase everywhere i look it says 750W idk why

More than enough room. Under 100% load on both your GPU and CPU you will probably only use 380-400 watts.
