Is it possible to boot from a usb with windows 10 on it on a nextbook NXW10QC32G?

It's quite possible, as long as you can enter BIOS - you'll probably need external keyboard for that.

You can try, but don't expect miracles if you want to reinstall Windows. A lot of these cheap tablets have proprietary drivers for various components which are not easy to find, if at all. Make full image backup before you try anything dangerous.
