Will Noctua NH D15 Chromax Black fit without problem?

My pc:

Case: Omega x6 Titan Mirror Case
Motherboard: Asus Strix h270f gaming
RAM: 2x8gb Avexir ddr4 2400mhz Blue LED ( planning to change to g.skill trident RGB)

Omega x6 Titan Mirror: 170mm max
NH-D15: 165mm
Avexir Core: 39mm
Naked ram: 31mm
Front fan would need to be raised 8mm - won't fit, so you'll have to move it to the back of the 2nd tower.

Trident Z: 44mm
Same deal as above.
