I have an AIO cooler, but I'm afraid to use it and yes I know leakage is rare but I still prefer Air cooling. After realizing that the fan is kind of big, will this fan fit in the be quiet pure base 600 if I decide to mount a fan on the side of it? With the ram I might have to lift it up a little bit but I don't know If it will push against the glass or not.

Yeah the whole 2nd and 4th slot thing wont matter. The heatsink itself overhands the entire 1st slot and looks to be at least partly (if not entirely) overhanging the 2nd slot. If you put a 120mm fan on the outside (not the matching 140mm that the inside fan is), it'll need to fit over 2nd-4th slots and it'll give you roughly 52mm of clearance...

I am using corsair dominator ram, however i only have two so i can put them on the 4th and 2nd slots instead of the 1st and 3rd, if that makes sense

Your ram is in the neighborhood of 55mm. So in theory, if everyones measurements are accurate and not just rounded, you'll have 1-2mm of clearance between the nh-d15s and your case side if you adjust the outside fan up the 3mm it needs to clear the RAM.

So it MIGHT fight. But before you buy it, make sure the place has a good return policy.
