The PC was turned off but I believe the power cord was still plugged in.
Try pressing it and releasing the CMOS reset button a few more times. Maybe the contacts stuck. Or maybe the lack of display isn't the CMOS fault. Video cable come loose while working with the CMOS? Card loose in the slot on the tiny board? Remove the gfx card and use the iGPU for testing.
