Over the summer of 2014 I built a computer. I've never had any problems with it and it's always worked fine. Right now I go to a birding school, so I live at school, and I brought my computer up last week. It was working fine and everything was perfect. I went home for the weekend, and when I came back, I went to turn on my computer and nothing happened. So I made sure it was plugged in good, both into the power supply and the surge protector. I made sure there was power going to the surge protected and even tried different positions on there. I made sure the power supply was on. After it still didn't work I opened my case, and all the wires from the power supply were plugged in good. I also made sure the wire from the case power putting was on the motherboard good. It still does nothing when I press the power button. Right now I'm thinking its a bad power supply. It would be awesome if anyone knows exactly what the problem is or if you could just confirm my idea. Thanks.

I have an Amd fx-8350 8 core processor, a motherboard that came free with that, it's gigabyte ga-78lmt-usb3, 8gb of g.skill Ripjaws ram, a sapphire Radeon r7 260x graphics card, a wd 1tb hard drive, a I believe corsair I think like 80gb ssd, and an evga, 500w power supply.

Well mine was an 80+ bronze rating, but I'll still probably pick one of those up if you think that the problem.
