Will not start up

went to restart computer and it will not boot up tried start disk but it shows that i have no drivers ?

What point in the boot process does it get to?
Did you make any changes hardware or software?
Do you get any error messages?
Is that windows disk your original? You may need to slipstream SATA drivers to get the install to work, but again the exact error would be nice.
