CPU==Name : Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU 540 @ 3.07GHz
MotherBoard==Intel DH55TC
Memory==8GB DDR3
Powersupply==Crosair 650WATTS

if not what do i need to upgrade OR please Suggest the best GPU for this Confrigation

it even says it need PCI3.0 but i have 2.0 on my Mother Board,
I Heard that using 3.0 on 2.0 might Damage The Motherboard or Processor is it true ?

It would work just fine and you should be happy. I am happy with my 760 and have had zero issues with it.

PCIE 3.0 or 2.0 doesn't matter. It will not damage anything.
The difference is that PCI-E 3.0 has twice the bandwidth but few cards even use 2.0s full potential.
