Will Nvidia GTX 970 run on my PC?

Before I start I apologise for my English and if I said anything wrong please ask me in the reply section.

My specs :
-CPU : Intel core i5-2300 2.80GHz
-RAM : 6,00GB
-Motherboard : Cleveland Pegatron (I don't know the exact name....Sorry if I just typed in a completly diffrent thing, if I did please notfify me in the replies)
-Current GPU : AMD Radeon HD 6850
-PSU :Internal 460W (100V-240V)
-Resolution of monitor : 1920 x 1080

I think thats all.
 


Would this one be good enough ---> Energon EPS-650W ? It costs 35€ currently.
 
I would not get some cheap PSU. You seriously run the risk of damaging your components. If you are spending $3-400 on a gfx card then you should really shell out the money for a quality 5-600 Watt unit. Also what mobo do you have and how do you have 6BG of RAM? I suspect that you are running your memory in single channel mode.
