Question Will NVME help me with speed and with running Localhost on Xampp?

I use Xampp on localhost, and even if I have a brand new Samsung EVO860 250gigs , an i5-8400 and 16 Gigs of ram (win10 64 bit), the imports are very slow, and disk usage shows 100%.

Would an NVME m.2 help me with this?

Seems like the CPU is running at 11% and RAM at 5.8 , so is the SSD the bottle neck here?

This happens when importing database and/or csv files into a localhost Drupal installation.

how much free space on the EVO?

EVO has 250 has nearly 100 gigs free space, import is 1000 content items
