[SOLVED] Will old games work on new windows ?

I reinstalled my windows in my SSD. Before reinstalling I disconnected my HDD from PC. My HDD contained a lot of games. I want to know that will those games and apps work in new windows or I have to reinstall them too ?

Applications, no. They will need to be reinstalled.

Games, maybe.
Steam/Origin, you can probably tell the NEW Steam client where these games are.
Standalone games will almost certainly need to be reinstalled.
