Will onboard chipset interfere with a new graphics card?

I want to get a decent graphics card for this computer, but it has Intel Chipset Family built onto the motherboard. Will that cause me any problems when I add the new graphics card?

Can be. Some mobo's change automaticly to the right card i believe, but often you have to disable the on board gpu in your bios or sometimes with a jumper on the mobo.
