Will Optane Acceleration work in a NVMe M.2 PCIe Adapter?

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-B250M-D3H
Processor: Intel Core i7-7700
SSD: Samsung 500GB NVMe M.2
HDD: WD 4TB Blue

I have only one NVMe M.2 slot on my motherboard; which is being used by my SSD. I have a 32GB Intel Optane lying around. Can I use it with a NVMe M.2 PCIe Adapter [like Vantec NVMe, M.2 SATA SSD PCIe x4 Adapter (UGT-M2PC200) OR StarTech.com PEX4M2E1 M.2 Adapter – x4 PCIe 3.0 NVMe – Low Profile and Full Profile – SSD PCIE M.2 Adapter – M2 SSD – PCI Express SSD] for Optane Acceleration?

Yes it will and bother CPU and Motherboard is optane ready so you should be good.
