Will Overclocking Reduce Durability?

I want to overclock my Graphics Card (Specs Here : http://www.czc.cz/87qqindve4ijg94fn2v9eh6dt9/seznam)
But I dont know if its save. How much it will improve perfomance? Do you got some good overclock? Tell me please.

You can overclock as long as the card stays cool. Once the card reaches temperatures around 95-100c (every card is different), the card starts to "throttle" which it then underclocks itself to cool itself off. So basically as long as your card stays under about 80-85c you should be fine. With that processor, depending on the overclock, you would see a decent improvement over the stock configuration.
