Will partitioning windows 7 hard drive and installing windows xp allow 32 bit pr

Hello,
I need to install my old AutoCad program on my new Windows 7 computer but the 32 bit program is not compatible with the 64 bit OS. How can I get around this? Can I partition my hard drive and install Windows XP or Vista which is compatible with the program?

yes but you will have to boot into one or the other
