will pc is good for next gen gaming if yes recommend amd graphics card

hai i have phenom 2 x4 945 3.00ghz, 6 gb ram zebronics platinum 400 watts psu and i m planning to buy amd graphics card my questions are

1. is my PC is good for next gen gaming(just until end of the year i m planning to buy new PC next year)

2. if yes recommend amd graphics card play high/medium next gen gaming(price-8000 i m going to buy new graphics card also so with in the price pls recommend)

Asus 2Gb GT 640 or a GTX 650. You can't really go higher than a 650 with your CPU and PSU. Really you need 500watt PSU and a GTX 660 or 660Ti to achieve reasonable performance.

If i found the right one has that psu only just over 200watts on the +12voltrail and that's not a lot.Maybe that the gtx 750 ti will work,but that's as high as you can go since it only needs power from the pcie slot,at least most models so look out which you might buy.

Why so set on amd?
No amd card that can work with that psu will get near the prformance of the gtx 750 TI.
