Will PCI-E x8 really bottleneck GTX460 in ANY way

Wait, so you want to use multiple GTX460s in SLI? I know that x16 goes down to x8 for your cards when you SLI for some 1155 chipsets, but a study on this forum showed you would really only see a drop in a few frames (an average of 3-5) when doing so. What's your system specs?

No-no, only ONE GTX460.

You will probably take a hit of a few frames. It really isn't that bad, going between x8 and x16. Don't worry about it, you probably won't notice.
