No, you will be fine. The card is pretty weak for gaming. Should be no problem.

You shouldn't notice much of a bottleneck. It might take of 5-10% of performance, but it wouldn't be something you would notice unless you were running benchmarks.

Generation 2 -which the GT 610 supports is double the speed at 5 gigatransfers (GT/s) and the per-lane throughput @ 500 MB/s. This is a substantial difference and technically a bottleneck -you would be holding back the full power of the card.! Newer games can/will saturate a PCIe v1 bus.

even at full speed, really, gt610 not for games. unless you want some simlple looking games maybe

my goal of GPU is playing some windows store games like asphalt 8 airbrone and some online flash games Left 4 dead 2 and GTA IV small untiy games indie games unity indie games like among the sleep or Outlast at med or low settings + Rocket league and Plants vs zombies garden warfare at lowest settings
is it good enough for those?

gta 4? no, hell no. gta 4 is very unoptimized, even good rigs back then had a hard time. for pvz i don't think so also, it got good graphics, so i doubt it

You'll be fine. No bottleneck and playable frame rates at 720p with reduced settings. Single player mode, of course.
