Will phantom 240 be compactible with my rig?

I dont know if phantom 240 will be compactible with my rig
Amd fx 8320
gigabyte 750ti windforce 2gb
8 gb kingston hyperx fury 1866mhz white
evga 500b power supplie
asus m5a97 r2.0 mobo
western digital blue 1000gb 64mb
hyperx fury ssd 120gb

I really need some quick help because im buying today!
It's my first gaming build.Wish me luck

Yes it would be fine .
The vga space would fit that card no probs too but be aware that 290mm space would be too little for some cards if later you wanted a better one, though the HDD cage can be removed

Yes the Phantom is a Mid Tower and everything you selected will fit nicely.
