Will Phenom II X4 955 bottleneck GTX 960 ?

I am thinking of buying a new GTX 960 but i am worried about my CPU X4 955 .. can it run that card well or it will bottleneck ?

I have "OCZ" 600W PSU which recently had some problems but i had it fixed at hardware maintenance ..

are my cpu and psu enough for this card ?

There will be some bottleneck. If you overclock it a bit it will help the issue. The PSU is less than quality and I would invest in a XFX TS 550W. It will be much better
