will placing my pc next to a cracked window help cool it?

I can put my new gaming pc next to my window, and i was wondering if doing that would make it run cooler. Its freezing outside so i wouldn't have my window open a lot, and the times i would it would just be slightly slightly cracked.
the front intake fans would be pointing towards the crack in the window which would let some cold air pass through it.
if doing that won't be any better than putting the pc on the other side of the room and letting the cracked window decrease the temperature in my room then please let me know.
any advice appreciated.
running a cryorig h7 cooler on a i7 6700k and a gtx 1070 gpu. fractal design define s w/ window case.

i dont have any specific purpose for making it run cooler, i just like to have my pc run the coolest it can, especially because im just using an air cooler and ill be running my pc on heavy load for many hours at a time. I know the pc CAN handle that without having it be cooler by placing it next to a window but i would like it to be the coolest it can be regardless. it could minor-ly increase the lifespan of the components but its just nice to have your pc run very cool, you know?

Tried this several months ago when it was winter here in Australia ... noticed it did drop about 4 Celsius but IMHO not worth the power bill from having to keep the warmer air constantly circulating into the room.
IMO just buy a cheap after market liquid cooler ... I bought a cheap one for like $70 think it's a Malestrom and it lowered temp by about 20 degrees.
I figured that was worth its weight in gold for the air con power I was saving.

You could just turn your thermostat down 10 degrees and get the best of both worlds, cheaper heating bill and a cooler PC =)

I live in Norway and have a small crack in the window when gaming, just to ensure that the room doesnt get too hot... and rather game with wollen socks, headover. During summertime this is essential. dont notice a great difference other than the fans not having to rev up that much. got aios though of both gpu and cpu..
