I have an MSI PRO Z790-A WIFI and a 4080, and I currently have an SN850x black plus two other slower 1tb gen4 NVMe drives. I've just purchased a 2TB Samsung 990Ppro and I'm not sure If I should put this one in with all the other 3 drives. Would this be saturating the PCI lanes and possibility or even theoretically slowing down my 4080 at points? If yes then I'm okay with taking one of the 1TB drives out and selling it.

Zotach 4080 trinity
32gb DDR5 6000MTs
1tb WD SN850x Black(PCIe 4.0 x4 as reported by CrystalDiskInfo)
1tb gen 4 Samsung vvme salvaged from a prebuild (PCIe 3.0 x4 as reported by CrystalDiskInfo)
1tb gen 4 Adata SX8200PNP (PCIe 3.0 x4 as reported by CrystalDiskInfo)
2tb Samsung 990Pro ( Not installed yet)

P.S: Any resources on how one would draw conclusions based on this would be appreciated as well so I can understand this better myself too.

No. There is no PCI-E lane saturation.
Though, in theory, everything is possible.

Your CPU has 20 PCI-E lanes. 16 of them are taken up by your GPU, while the remaining 4 are allocated for 1st M.2 slot. The rest of M.2 slots on your MoBo are using chipset PCI-E lanes.
