Will premium fan improve PC cooling?

Hello,

I got 2x120mm NZXT 50cfm fan as intake, if i replace them with 2x http://www.phanteks.com/PH-F140SP.html 140mm fan will it improve the cooling?

I run a r9 390 nitro (max temp 73 C) and a i5 4690k.

Higher airflow will help some, but unless you have a major case cooling issue it may not drop temps a drastic amount. The phanteks fans are pretty quiet and move a lot of air. You may end up with better airflow, slightly better cooling and not at the expense of more noise.

Are you sure you can fit 2x 140mm fans? But it might improve cooling slightly, but more some fans are more expensive because they are quieter, and can provide more air with less RPM.
