Will pro tools work with a PC ?

Hello,

i was wondering whether if i got Pro tools that if it would work on my PC. the story goes that i have done a recording in protools in my studio but ! i have cubase 5 on my laptop which is where i want to mix it.... So will i be able to run all the protools sessions on cubase 5 ? or do i need to think about getting pro tools ? if so, again does it work on pc ?

There are older versions of Pro Tools you can get for PC but none of the newer versions are designed for PC You might want to Google the last version that worked, I think it was 6 or 7.

Actually, Pro Tools will work on both PCs and Macs. It works best on Macs because Macs are specifically designed for audio due to getting their big break off of the iPod. However, if you have enough RAM and CPU to run it on Windows fluently then you can use it just the same. It really doesn't make a difference.
