Will processor cooling increase fps in games

I am buying a new processor cooler named, Cooler Master Hyper TX3 evo.
I want to know if after i install this cooler and the temperature decrease will fps in my games increase.
Please let me know as fast as you can and also tell that is the cooler which im buying good ?

No, a cooler alone will not increase FPS. You get a cooler CPU, enabling you to overclock - which can increase FPS


Unless your CPU is so hot already that it is throttling down.

No, the cooler will not help fps and is not a particularly good buy.
What cpu are you using?
What graphics card are you using?
What type of games do you play?

A aftermarket cpu cooler is good to reduce noise.
The TX3 uses a 92mm fan which will be noisy.
A cm hyper212 is $30, but will use a quieter 120mm fan.

Cooling is helpful if you have a cpu that can be overclocked.
Making the cpu run faster will generate heat, and a cooler can help.
If your games are cpu bound, that will help fps.

But normally, better fps comes from a better graphics card.
