Will psu run it?

I want to get a msi r9 270 (non x). i have a i5, 4gb ram and 1tb hdd no overclocking and i dont plan to. I want to know if a huntkey greenpower 450W can run this system because im on a tight budget and cant upgrade psu.

It's a very poor power supply that can't match the stated specs printed on it , I wouldn't run a R9 270 with it.

Your PSU is made from very poor quality components and is, in fact, a considered a 360W unit. I cannot recommend you to put a R9 270 in your system without changing your PSU first.
