will PSU run my graphics card

My power supply, a coolmax cl- 700b has 12v rated at 16A but the card asks for minimal rating of 30A....i know some of these values can be over stated...will I be alright?

Ok, so a new power supply is in order. I should also mention that I am soon to be upgrading to a maximus vii hero and i5 4690k, liquid cooling setup as well so I should buy something that will work with that setup plus the card I just got...until I can upgrade again that is...suggestions? There's so much out there to choose from that I get overwhelmed and find myself browsing for hours

The video card is the only thing you have to worry about, for power supply size.

Unless you have something unusual like 6 hard drives in a RAID.
