Hi guys! Will putting 2 extra intakes at the bottom of my case improve temps? I currently have 3 front intake, 1 back exhaust and 1 top exhaust.

Yeah, that's a waste.
-psu shroud, even if it does have some holes in it
-psu cables
-HDD cage
All that restricts the air that could be drawn from below. You'd have to brute force it, and then the gpu wouldn't be the loudest device in the PC anymore.
Typically, no.
Most chassis have too low of a floor for them to be effective. You'll be forced to run louder, high pressure fans in an attempt to brute force enough air through.
Although, if your chassis has a high floor along the lines of something like Cooler Master's SL600M, the gpu should appreciate it.
