Probably not. I had a q9300(2.5ghz) w/ a OC'd GT640 than ran perfectly. Used it for games(720p), video conversions, and even blu-ray playback.

You might need to upgrade your PSU depending on what you have though. My 640 was bus powered and had replaced a GTX260.

well yes, the Q8200 will work harder to stay with 560 unless you're planning an OC with your Core 2 Quad cpu.
