will Raijintek Ereboss be enough for a i5 4690k?

I am planning to build a gaming PC and I am not sure if I will be able to overclock the 4690k with this cooler.
ANother question is CM evo 212 better than this Raijintek Ereboss?

The ereboss would be better then the 212 evo no matter what. The ego is just a cheap but good cooler that everyone goes for. The Erebus is a better looking, better performing and quieter CPU cooler then the veto no matter how you look at it.

I'd recommend the Noctua NH-U12S.

The Ereboss costs a little less and performs similarly but it's also LOUDER. If we use the 50% speed which is most applicable, then there's a 5dB difference. Since 10dB means TWICE the loudness (i.e. 40dB vs 30dB) that's fairly significant.

Ereboss is not better than 212 EVO as Ereboss doesn't have the tools to install the extra fan, thus the tests shown are biased.
