Will reformatting Windows 10 erase my Ubuntu dual boot?

I'm having some issues with Windows 10 restarting on me. I keep getting CPU errors, but I don't think the CPU is the problem.

I have Ubuntu installed on another HD that I boot with Grub. If I use option 2 in this tutorial: http://www.howtogeek.com/224342/how-to-clean-install-windows-10/

will it go through all my hard drives and clean everything, or will Ubuntu still be intact?

option 2: resets only effect C drive, it will not touch any other partitions or drives in PC

One way to make sure if remove power from 2nd hdd before starting, but you should be fine.
