Will replacing my hard drive help my pc?

So my pc is so slow even though I have 8gb of ddr4 ram and have a A10-7860k but my pc is extremely slow and takes minutes to start my pc up and can barely run minecraft anymore. I have a lot of problems with my pc like I can't factory reset it, and this just started happening a few months ago.

Yes - HDD to just about any SSD is like a night and day difference. You won't regret the investment.

A new hard drive may help, but only if you have a really old drive. If you are concerned about how your computer is booting and running, check the startup applications and make sure that other services aren't taking up all of your system's resources. An SSD may be a better choice, it's lightning fast.

Downlaod CystalMark 5.0 and see what it benches at. But yeah an SSD is going to be loads better either way.
