Will RTX 2060 work with my old build?

It will probably work with that build.
It would be a substantial waste of money as well, you would need a CPU upgrade (to a modern platform) to properly handle that card.

Concentrate on upgrading to a Ryzen or newer Intel setup first. An RTX 2060 will be a waste of money until you upgrade the rest first.

System will be a big bottleneck. It also depends on your PSU.
