[SOLVED] Will RTX 3070 run 4k TV ?

Hi guys !
I have a question if RTX 3070 WILL handle 4k TV for movies streaming from PC or playing 4k games ?
Also I need suggestion how I can save money if I buy RTX3070 or RTX 3080? Can I use AMD processor or other hardware to save money ?
I have now I7 4790K , GTX 980, 16 G memory ..
Just want to build new pc!
Please give me advice guys ...

you don't need a powerful new card just to output 4K video resolution.
even an old GTX 1050 can output 7680x4320 @ 60Hz.

suggestion how I can save money if I buy RTX3070 or RTX 3080?

either sign up for notifications from a retailer
or wait for an unknown amount of time until the market may get back to normal.

you will not find an RTX card for anywhere near MSRP unless you are very lucky.

an RTX 3070 can run games at 2160p,
but for higher fps it will be at very low settings.

"lagging" usually refers to an extended time a command from your input device(mouse, keyboard, gamepad) takes to register with the system and be performed.
not the amount of fps you are reaching.

In a lot of cases the RTX 3070 can get 60 FPS or higher on maximum detail.

yeah i was playing at 4k with a 2080ti and 4790k and it worked fine but you must expect frame timing not to be great.
