Question will ryzen 3 2200g and gtx 1660 Ti Bottlenecks ?

Depends on the title/settings/resolution.

Should be a fairly well balanced pairing all in all. In CPU intensive titles, the 2200G might hold back a 1660TI just a little bit, but nothing I'd worry about.

Since getting a GPU anyway, I'd fight hard to simply start with enough CPU, i.e., something not already needing replacement (R5-1600 has been experiencing some killer epic sale prices!)
