[SOLVED] Will ryzen 5 2600 bottleneck my gpu?

The site doesn't tell me if it's gonna bottlneck tho, i tried using the site with my cpu before i bought the card and it bottlenecked, it might stutter

You really have nothing to worry about, especially stuttering. The impact of bottlenecking is MASSIVELY overstated by people who don't know any better.

A Bottleneck in most cases will just prevent you from the max possible framerate the GPU is capable of. Does that mean it will stutter? Highly unlikely.

In this case you have basically the best 1080p card, with a VERY solid midrange CPU, yeah maybe with a Ryzen 7 you may get 5-10 more fps in SOME games (and when you're running 80 or so fps does it even matter? no), but for the most part this will handle anything you throw at it, at 1080p at over 60 fps, completely solid and smooth.

all my games I play my CPU bottlnecks my GPU and they run on CPU 100%, GPU 50-60%
but today I tried Assassin's Creed Syndicate and it was different, the game stutter in big places ( big buildings, more trees, more people )
CPU is running on 70% and for the first time i see my GPU on 100%.....even though AC origins has better graphics but my GPU still was 60% on 40 FPS with stuttering
Is there a bottleneck somewhere that's preventing my CPU to be fully utilized? or is my GPU not powerful enough for the game?

these are my specs:
Intel Core i5-4460
sapphire nitro+ Rx 580
