will sandy bridge upgrade to haswell???

hi guys. i have an intell core i7-2630QM in my laptop and i was wondering if i could upgrade this to a newer haswel chip or would I have to stay in the sandy bridge chipset?

No you need to stay with either Sandy Bridge or Ivy Bridge. You would need an updated BIOS to run Ivy Bridge though which may or may not be doable. Haswell runs on a different socket.
