Will SAPPHIRE Radeon R9 380 Nitro 4GB work good with my system ?

Hey guys, i got the following:

AMD apu A10-5800k 3.8Ghz
Msi fm2-a75ma-e35 motherboard
Nvidia gforce 650

I would like to buy a SAPPHIRE Radeon R9 380 Nitro 4GB now sence my current graphics card dose not have much power at all. And the main reason i choose the sapphire r9 is because i would like to crossfire it with my apu A10. but the question at hand is if i can do that with this setup?

CF is not possible with a 380 + a10

also you DONT want to cf with an a10 at all, even if it were possible.

you need to make sure you have a decent 550w or better power supply for a 380

yeah i can get a new power supply its not a big deal.
So why should i not go dual graphics?
Cuz i do want to use the apu graphics and also my normal graphics card working side by side is it possible at all ?

also no CF is not possible at all with a 380 + an apu
