Will SATA Cables from my PSU work with my SATA II HDD?

I'm looking to build my PC, and I noticed that the drives I want are interfaced for SATA II. My PSU on the other hand has only SATA Cables on hand. Will I be able to boot my PC with only SATA Cables?

HDD- Western Digital Caviar Black WD1001FALS Desktop 1TB HDD 32MB Cache 7200rpm 3.5

PSU- Corsair CX750M ATX

I think you're a bit confused.

Your HDD needs two cables going to it. One cable coming from the PSU (for power) and one cable coming from the motherboard (for data).

SATA is SATA. They'll work.

You do, of course, also need a SATA data cable. But those are pretty universal as well.
