Will screen tearing show up in recorded game capture?

If I am playing a game on pc like need for speed, for example, and I use Fraps to record some gameplay to upload to youtube, will any screen tearing that I experience on my monitor show on the video?
Like let's say I am getting 100 FPS in game, but my monitor only has a 60mhz refresh rate (can only handle up to 60 FPS), and I am seeing screen tearing and recording, will that screen tearing also be recorded and will people seeing the video on youtube see the screen tearing too?
I can imagine it would look fine to them because its just my own monitor causing the screen tearing, right? Well that's why I'm asking 😛

I'm not 100% but I would assume that since youtube encodes in 30fps there will be no sudden change in the framerate and thus no screen tearing.

Just test it by doing something that would cause screen tearing. Such as turning back and forth really fast (while recording), then review the footage, to get your answer. Sorry I don't know or I would just tell you.
