Will Sims 3 work on Windows 8?

Right, I'm getting a laptop with Windows 8 but all my sims 3 games work with windows 7/vista/xp. Will it work on it because I couldn't find any games that say 'Windows 8 compatable' or do you have to get some kind of upgrade?

Well according to Windows Compatibility center, most versions of Sims are working fine on 8. But even if they don't, you can run them in compatibility mode. So I think the upgrade is worth it, Windows 8 is really good.

You can always go to the Sims 3 official forum to find out if there are any particular issues with the Sims 3 and Win 8.
