will Sli with gtx970s wreck my electricity bill?

Ive been looking at SLI reviews and the cons have been more power consumption.

Take the average of 5 hours playing a day. 5 days a week. Been recommended 850w supply but might only be using 5-600w maybe not sure.

How much is this going to affect my bill?

Your computer will only draw what it needs , pennies on your bill , they are very low power draw cards.

no it's the most efficient high end GPU you can buy. Unless gaming or mining 24/7, it would be like running one r9 290x

Its low TDP (thermal output). You should be fine.
